Weekends "hors saison": 1080€ (from friday evening till sunday afternoon)

School holidays: 2650€/week (not July and August)

Christmas/New Years: 2950€/ week

July:August: 3100€/week (1-8/07 et 26/08-2/09/2023); 3450€ (8/07-26/08)

Arrival between 16 and 19h, departure before 10h, except for weekend rentals (departure on Sunday afternoon before 17h)

Included in the rental fee: electricity, water and heating costs

Not included in the rental fee:

* bed- and bath-linnen (can be rented out, 24€/double bed, 12€/single bed)

* tourist taxes (1€per adult,per night, rates for 2021)

* cleaning fee (130€, obligatory)

Animals are accepted on reservation (certain categories are not allowed in France), with a maximum of 2, 15€/animal/stay 

30% advance upon reservation (non refundable), the rest 1 month before arrival.
